Subject: Keeping a Perpetual Journal

Looking back over a year of journaling
It may seem like a daunting task to weekly record what’s happening in your environment, as life can get real busy.
There are some pages where I made written notes, others that contain quick illustrations and just a few that have post-it notes of things that need to be added to those pages.
My perpetual journal in not meant to be glamorous. It’s a written history about weather, bird sightings in my yard / neighborhood and plants /trees in the yard. It’s all about Nature’s patterns and cycles.

You can watch a short video here about how I set my journal up at the start of 2023.
My aim is to inspire you to begin your own perpetual journal. It’s a journey you won’t regret.
